The Mondi Resort Gastein

When booking accommodation at the MONDI Hotel Bellevue Gastein, guests can opt for self-catered, with breakfast or half board. The price includes lots of leisure activities, including table tennis and darts, childcare, the use of the spa facilities and the indoor pool, parking spaces and an entertainments programme with a range of activities and changing live music. The shuttle service to the MONDI Bellevue Alm Gastein is also included. There is also the new Mobility Guest Pass, which gives guests free access to the local public transport in the Salzburger Land. Additional facilities are also available for a small fee, including the bowling alley, air hockey, table football and the shuttle service to the ski lifts.

The MONDI Hotel Bellevue Gastein can be found in the heart of Bad Gastein near the waterfall and the mountain railways. It is a stylish building full of tradition and Belle Époque features, with modern fittings and cosy studios, apartments and suites. At MONDI Almen Gastein, you can enjoy cosy Alpine rooms and refined apartments within the actual skiing and hiking districts. They are all lovely and rustic. One of the real highlights is the Erzherzog-Johann Suite, a wonderful space with chandeliers, an open fire and amazing mountain views which can sleep up to eight people. Dogs are welcome both in the hotel and the Almen resort. Guests can use all the resort facilities.

We offer a varied, high-quality breakfast buffet and a changing evening buffet at the hotel restaurant. There is also a stylish hotel bar, and the nearby Almen resort serving traditional Austrian cuisine. Of course, guests are also welcome to cater for themselves using their own kitchenettes.

We also offer a fresh roll service for those who prefer to have breakfast in their own apartments. If you order by 5 p.m., your fresh baked goods will be hanging from your room door in the morning.

There are plenty of ways to relax at the MONDI Resort Gastein, in the indoor pool, saunas, steam bath and whirlpool. But what we offer is not specifically geared towards pampering, it is more about indulgence and mountain adventures.

Yes, dogs are very much welcome at the MONDI Resort Gastein by prior arrangement. We charge a supplement of € 22.00 per dog per night, which will be included on your final bill. We also take a deposit of €100.00, which is either cancelled following a room inspection or transferred back to you if you leave early. Many of our apartments are ideal for a break with four-legged friends. 

The Mobility Guest Pass is included for all guests at the MONDI Resort Gastein. With the ticket all local public transport in the whole of the Salzburger Land and the city of Salzburg can be used free of charge. This even includes your arrival and departure dates.

There are a limited number of free parking spaces just a few hundred metres from the resort. These are available on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved. Right next to the hotel, there are some paid parking spaces, also subject to availability, but booking in advance is not normally necessary. Guests can also use the APCOA multi-storey car park in Bad Gastein. Tickets are available from reception. 

Yes, there is a convenient shuttle service from the MONDI Hotel Bellevue Gastein to the nearby ski lifts. There is a small charge of €3.00 per person per trip for this service. In the summer, there is a free shuttle service to MONDI Bellevue Alm.
